Business AI is a native MCP server. Point Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client at the address and it works with your company account — usage, savings, billing, invoices, and the products behind it — under permissions you approve one at a time.

Open Settings → Connectors on claude.ai, desktop or mobile.
Choose Add custom connector and paste the address.
Sign in with Business AI, pick your workspace, tick the permissions, Allow.

Turn on Developer mode: Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced.
Create a connector, paste the address, authentication OAuth.
Sign in with Business AI and approve. Connectors work in text chat, not voice.

From your own server

No OAuth needed for machines: mint a workspace gateway key with the mcp grant in the dashboard, and send it as the bearer. It acts as the key’s creator.

Permissions

Granted individually on the consent screen, revocable at any time. An assistant never learns a tool exists unless you granted its permission — nothing to refuse, because nothing is offered.

What it can reach

Figures: The dashboard in words: month-to-date usage, savings, billing state, limit status — one get_workspace_overview call answers "how is my company AI doing".
GodOS: Ask for a client, the pipeline, unpaid invoices, the inbox, upcoming meetings. Every answer is what your own GodOS seat would see.
HomeOS: Boards and deadlines, free slots in the calendar, and the text of one named cloud document at a time.
BJF: "Put that on my Pendenzen" creates a task on your board. "Draft the reply in my voice" returns BJF-styled text to paste.

What it cannot do

Send email, move money, delete anything, or read a conversation. Every GodOS and HomeOS tool it holds is read-only, BJF drafting returns text rather than sending it, and the HomeOS surface it speaks has no route that carries chat messages — there is nothing to misconfigure.

Everything runs as you, in the one workspace you authorized: same role, same visibility, enforced on the server for every call. A member’s connector cannot read the company; a teammate’s connector cannot reach past their own seat.

Disconnecting takes effect within fifteen minutes — the lifetime of the last issued token. Removing someone from the workspace cuts their connector off the same way.

If it will not connect

ChatGPT offers nowhere to add it: Connectors need Developer mode: Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced. On a workspace plan an admin switches it on.
Connected, but no GodOS or HomeOS tools: Either the permission was not ticked at consent — remove the connector and connect again, ticking it — or this account has never signed into that product, so there is nothing to read there yet.
The numbers look smaller than the company: You hold a member seat, so every figure is scoped to you — that is enforced on the server, not a setting. Company-wide numbers need an admin or owner seat.
You want to change what it may reach: Permissions are granted at consent. Remove the connector and connect again with a different set. New tools we ship appear on their own within five minutes — reconnecting is never needed for updates.

Questions

Can the assistant read our chats in HomeOS?

No, and not because a rule forbids it. The HomeOS surface the bridge speaks has no route that returns chat messages, so there is nothing to misconfigure. Boards, calendar and cloud files are reachable; conversations are not.

Can it send email or move money?

No. Every GodOS and HomeOS tool it holds is read-only, and BJF drafting returns text rather than sending anything. The only thing it can create is a task on your own BJF board.

Do we need to reconnect after you ship updates?

No. The tool list is served fresh on every connection with a five-minute cache, so changes flow to every connected assistant automatically. Reconnecting is only ever needed to change the workspace or the permissions you granted.

How do we cut a connector off?

Revoke its refresh token, or remove the person from the workspace — either ends access within fifteen minutes, the lifetime of the last issued token. Gateway keys are revoked in the dashboard and die immediately.

Which AI model does this use, and who pays for it?

Yours, and you — but not through us. Under MCP the model runs at Anthropic or OpenAI on your Claude or ChatGPT plan; Business AI serves the data and meters nothing for these calls.
